Glee star Heather Morris is rumored to be in the running for the title role in the re-boot of Buffy the Vampire Slayer.

Rumors began circulating that she was being considered for Buffy earlier this month but were quickly stomped by executives who denied that any decisions had been made.

The Gleek, who is a huge fan of the show, is now speaking publicly about the consideration and says she wants to be in the film no matter what role she’s offered:

“They’re considering me! I found out and I almost peed my pants ’cause I was so excited! If they make Buffy when Glee is on hiatus, I don’t even care what I do. I can just run through the shot and do nothing – even if I’m not Buffy!”
