Politician Sarah Palin‘s daughter Bristol has purchased a 4,000-square-foot, five-bedroom home outside of the Phoenix area in Arizona. The home is just a short distance from Arizona State University, where the teen mother has been rumored to be enrolling.

Public records show the house was built in 2006 and sold for $329,560. In January of this year, it went into foreclosure.

The Dancing With the Stars contestant reportedly paid $172,000 in cash for the home.
