‘Teen Mom’ Amber Portwood Charged With A Felony
Looks like Amber Portwood will be getting more than a time-out — the ‘Teen Mom‘ star has been charged with a felony for domestic violence.
After Amber was caught on camera beating on her boyfriend, Gary Shirley, in front of the couple’s toddler daughter, Leah, she was given two felony counts of domestic battery, a misdemeanor count of domestic battery, and a felony count of neglect of a dependent (Leah). Amber was charged today by the Madison County Prosecutor’s Office.
We reported earlier that Amber Portwood was looking at jail time and had temporarily lost custody of her young daughter. Now, it seems that the hammer of the law has come down hard on the teenager, who will most likely be looking at jail time — not to mention $10,000 in fines.
