Looks like Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino‘s plan to be the face of the Plaza Hotel’s luxury gym has fallen through. Reports have surfaced that the Jersey Shore reality star has been “barred” from the deal because the hotel’s execs don’t think “The Situation” is the right match for its patrons.

Professional boxer Floyd Mayweather was arrested on Thursday (December 16) for a warrant issued after his arrest for allegedly assaulting a security guard during a parking dispute in Las Vegas last month.

It’s a girl for the youngest member of the band Hanson! Zac Hanson and his wife Kate welcomed a baby girl, Junia Rosa Ruth, on Wednesday.

Zac tells People:

“We couldn’t imagine a better Christmas gift than this sweet little girl,”

Junia is the second child for Zac and his wife, who have a 2.5-year-old son, Shepherd. Little Junia is the 8th baby for the Hanson brothers overall — middle brother, Taylor, has four, and oldest brother, Isaac, has two.

Zac adds:

“In just the short time she’s been here, she’s enriched our family and our lives beyond measure,”

“We’re looking forward to celebrating the season with our family and introducing her to everyone.”

Country star Josh Turner and his wife Jennifer Turner have welcomed a healthy baby boy named Crawford Marion, weighing in at 6lbs., 15 oz. and measuring 19 inches long, at around 8:50 pm in Nashville, Tennessee on Monday (December 13).

“Jennifer and I are overjoyed at Marion’s arrival,” the “I Wouldn’t Be a Man” singer tells PEOPLE. “He’s a strong, handsome little boy with a resilient spirit. Thanks to all of our family, friends and fans for their thoughts and prayers.”

The 33 year-old singer’s wife wasn’t due until the holiday, but their two older sons, Colby Lynch (18 months) and Hampton Otis (4), had also arrived to this world prior to their due dates. Congratulations to the Turner family!
