French model Isabelle Caro, who’s battle with anorexia was famously pictured in a shocking advertising campaign in 2007, has died at 28.

Her acting coach, Daniele Dubreuil-Prevot, has revealed that Isabelle died on November 17. She had reportedly just returned home to France after doing a job in Tokyo.

Daniele was unsure of the model’s actual cause of death, but added that she had struggled with anorexia since the age of 13. She did say that Isabelle “had been sick for a long time.”

Isabelle was most well known for a campaign she did for Italian photographer Oliviero Toscani in 2007. She posed naked for the ad, displaying her skeletal frame and facial bones protruding from her tiny body. The ad was featured in newspapers and billboards with the headline “No Anorexia.”

In 2010, she was featured on an episode of Jessica Simpson‘s The Price of Beauty where she discussed her body image issues. (You can watch her part of the episode HERE)

A source close to the couple, who wed in early November, said:

“Things completely changed in the relationship and it just became painful. They are not sure if they are going to divorce yet. They’re just taking some time apart.”

Francis’ rep has denied that McLarty has moved out of their Bel Air home, but the source confirmed the rumor, saying:

“The rumors are true despite the rep’s denial, but that’s because he’s hoping to reconcile with her. It’s just a spat. They’ve turned to friends for counsel.”

Question #1: How did this sleaze find a girlfriend?

Michael Jackson‘s estate, along with his adoring fans, are furious at the Discovery Channel for advertising a special set to show in the UK featuring a reenactment of the King of Pop’s autopsy.

Co-Executors of the estate, John Branca and John McClain, sent a letter to the President of Discovery, accusing the network of exploiting the deceased star, and operating in “shockingly bad taste … motivated solely by your blind desire to exploit Michael’s death, while cynically attempting to dupe the public into believing this show will have serious medical value.”

The Co-Executors were extremely upset over a print ad, picturing a covered corpse on a gurney with a sequined glove sticking out:

“We were especially outraged when a sickening print advertisement for the program appeared making light of Michael’s death by depicting a corpse sprawled on a steel gurney covered by a sheet with a hand sticking out wearing Michael’s signature glove.”

Now, more than 9,000 Michael fans have signed an online petition asking the network not to air the show.

On her go-to healthy snack (which I can’t wait to try):

“Jeanne Tripplehorn taught me—and this is the most amazing thing in the world—make some instant oatmeal, and put a tiny spoonful of peanut butter and a tiny spoonful of jelly in it, and mush it all up. It is like a mushy peanut butter–and-jelly. It’s genius. And it’s very satiating.”

On her favorite diet:

“I have been a member of Weight Watchers for 23 years, and I’m back on it right now. It’s the only thing on the planet that doesn’t dehydrate you or just make you miserable. I’ve never had a dramatic weight problem, it’s just that I tend to indulge, and then I need to get back on track so I can button my pants.”

On her love of dancing:

“Looooove ballet! I do it when I’m feeling good enough to put on a leotard. [Laughs.] But I have a trainer who used to be a New York City Ballet ballerina, and she does a lot of hybrid Pilates ballet. I did join a gym in the Valley, which freaks me out way less than working out in Hollywood, where I feel like I’m going to run into people I know.”

On what being healthy means to her:

“Healthy is beautiful. Because what comes with health is a clear mind and a high spirit. When I’m not healthy, I can’t think straight, and I’m unhappy. I’ll realize that I’m an emotional mess, and it’s because I’m dehydrated. Or I’m cold and cranky, and it’s because I’m not exercising and my circulation is poor.”

Despite her 24-hour jail stay and recent felony charges, it looks like MTV ‘Teen Mom‘ reality star Amber Portwood will get to keep her toddler daughter, Leah.

Amber was put behind bars for domestic violence acts against her ex-fiance, Gary Shirley – Leah’s father. She’s out now, and Amber will soon be reunited with Leah — again.

Her attorney, Robert Schembs, tells PEOPLE:

“It’s my understanding that Leah will be placed back with her,”

The attorney added that Amber is no longer allowed contact with Gary, but that:

“To my knowledge, they’re on good terms.”

As for where Amber is headed? Schembs said he visited the MTV star in the Madison County jail and she was hanging in there.

“I’m really proud of her,”

“She was staying strong. Her outlook was positive. She had shock, of course, but having said that, she was in good spirits. She’s really trying.”

Well, that’s good? Though, I don’t know how she and Gary will manage a joint custody agreement if they’re not allowed to speak to eachother. I just hope she’s able to keep her mess together before Leah is old enough to realize how angry and immature both of her parents are.

It’s been two-and-a-half months since Neil Patrick Harris welcomed fraternal twins with his partner David Burtka, and now he wants to gush about them to the world.

Of his new little ones — Harper Grace and Gideon Scott, born October 12 — Neil says:

“Everyone says that it’s such a blur after it happens,”

“I find myself constantly just trying to wrap my mind around it.”

Neil and David have been together for 7 years, so it’s only logical that kids would be the next step, and Neil says they were ‘thrilled’ when they found out they’d welcome two at once.

And the twins, despite being delivered by a surrogate, are very much David and Neil.

NPH says:

“We inserted two eggs, one with my sperm, one with David’s sperm and they both took,”

“We had two babies that we made. With help.”

Now, the couple has gone ultra-domestic — re-locating to a more kid-friendly in Hollywood Hills, which also allows them to hide out from social gatherings.

Neil says his twins are a date breaker:

“I just love the way they smell. And we can use them as an excuse to get out of almost anything,”

“That’s cleared the calendar in a good way.”

Super cute! Glad the little Burtka-Harris kids are adapting well. We want pictures!

Candace Cameron Bure is comfortable in her skin, but it was a long road to get there. Best known for her role as Full House‘s DJ Tanner, the star suffered from bouts of bulimia in her lifetime.

Now, she’s spilling all in her new book — Reshaping it All.

Candace tells PEOPLE:

“It’s a very dangerous cycle that can just start to consume your life and really take over,”

She also revealed that she started purging following the end of Full House — in 1995.

“It wasn’t about me trying to lose weight,”

“It was all about emotions.”

Candace is hopeful that her new book will show others how to reshape rather than purge. The star has balanced her weight chasing around her 3 kids, Natasha, 12, Lev, 10, and Maks, 8– as well as an ‘all things in moderation’ philosophy when it comes to eating.

A source tells PEOPLE that Rihanna and her boyfriend, professional baseball star Matt Kemp, have called it quits — and that Ri-Ri “considers herself single”.

The source added:

“She never has a problem finding guys,”

“And she flirts with lots.”

With that saucy red hair, how could she not?

While Kemp seemed like a good catch, Rihanna’s track record isn’t that great (See: Chris Brown) — but we’re rooting for her to find a good man in 2011! Good riddance, Kemp…onto the next!

British actor Rupert Everett, 51, isn’t holding back on how he feels about Jennifer Aniston’s career. During an interview with BBC Radio 4, he made an example of Aniston, 41, saying that no matter how bad some actors perform at the box office, certain chosen stars will remain on the Hollywood A-list.

He said:

“If you look and analyze the careers of many, many stars, you’ll find that they’re mostly sustained by the business. You’ll find there’s lots of women and lots of men in the business that the powers that be decide are right for their business, and they’ll stand with them for quite a long time.”

He went on to use Aniston as an example of this favoritism, explaining:

“OK, something will go wrong, like Jennifer Aniston will have one too many total flops, but she’s still a member of that club. And she will still manage to…like a star forming in the universe, things will swirl around her and it will suddenly solidify into another vital tasteless rom-com, a little glitter next to the Crab Nebula.”

Hey, you know what? He’s totally right. Her movies typically blow but she keeps on chrunin’ em out!

Two of the most talked about young actors in Hollywood are gracing the cover of Entertainment Weekly, and for good reason. James Franco and Natalie Portman have both earned themselves plenty of Oscar buzz for their starring roles in 127 Hours and Black Swan.

Natalie, who recently announced her engagement, is not only expecting a baby in 2011, but may take home her first Oscar. She spoke to the magazine about her role as a troubled ballerina, which she says almost destroyed her:

“There were some nights that I thought I literally was going to die. It was the first time I understood how you could get so wrapped up in a role that it could sort of take you down.”

And she isn’t blind to the fact that this film may be a box office hit for one reason: her lesbian scene with actress Mila Kunis:

“Everyone was so worried about who was going to want to see this movie. I remember them being like, ‘How do you get guys to a ballet movie? How do you get girls to a thriller?’ And the answer is a lesbian scene. Everyone wants to see that.”

Smart girl.

If you haven’t seen Black Swan, run to the nearest theatre. I’ve seen it twice already and can’t wait to see it again.

PEOPLE is reporting that A-lister Reese Witherspoon and her boyfriend of a year, Jim Toth, are now engaged!

We reported in September that Jim Toth was teetering on a proposal, and he finally bit the bullet.

I wonder what Jake Gyllenhaal thinks of this?

This will be Reese’s second marriage, her first being to Ryan Phillippe, who she has two kids with.

Congrats to Jim and Reese! Love this girl and she deserves nothing but the best!

The UK’s Daily Mail is reporting that Lily Allen and boyfriend Sam Cooper are now engaged!

The singer has suffered two miscarriages in two different relationships, the last just this fall, with the baby due in January. So we’re hoping this good news is true!

According to Daily Mail, Sam popped the question on Christmas Day when the two were vacationing in Bali and Lily “burst into tears.” They also reported that the couple were spotting celebrating with champagne.

Lily and Sam have been dating since July 2009, so it wouldn’t be too far fetched.
