Former Paramore band members Josh and Zac Farro are now speaking out about their feelings toward the band, and more importantly, the band’s lead singer, Hayley Williams.

The former guitarist, Josh, who announced he and his brother’s departure from the band this week, posted a statement on his blog criticizing Williams and the band’s management. He said:

“We’ve always been treated as less important than Hayley… We toured for two and a half years building our fanbase, pretending to be a band that started naturally.”

“In reality, what started as natural somehow morphed into a manufactured product of a major label, riding on the coattails of ‘Hayley’s dream’.”

Yikes. He went on to add:

“We fought her about how her lyrics misrepresented our band and what we stood for, but in the end, she got her way. Instead of fighting her any longer, we decided to just roll over and let it go.”

“Hayley claimed that this record reunited us as [a] band and made us grow closer together, when in reality, we were all growing further apart.”

Initially, the blog post was rumored to be fake, but Josh’s wife has confirmed that the statement was real.

Comedian Kathy Griffin is back again to host CNN‘s New Year’s Eve special. But wait…..wasn’t she fired last year?

Yes, that’s right. Kathy was fired after she dropped the F-bomb during last year’s telecast with co-host Anderson Cooper:

“Yes, I was fired. They issued a statement. I was banned from CNN and then as Anderson Cooper says, “There was a change in management,” which was great because the guy who fired me got fired, so being the cockroach that I am, I’m just going to outlast everybody. That’s my career philosophy; it’s not a very deep one. I basically have the survivor moniker in my life which is, outlast, outwit, outplay. That’s what I’ve done with the management at CNN.”

And here’s what she had to said about CNN‘s decision to hire her…again:

“I’ve gotten so many jobs when they fire somebody else and at the eleventh hour they say, “OK, our backs are up against the wall, darn it, we have to hire her.” It’s just years and years of basically painting people into a corner so they have to hire me whether they like it or not. I think CNN probably doesn’t think its biggest priority is its New Year’s Eve broadcast, however, they’re wrong. It should be their biggest event every single year and I will do whatever it takes to make it their biggest event and as usual I have a simple goal, which is to get Anderson Cooper fired by the end of the night.”

Well, obviously we all know what I’ll be tuning into this year. I love nothing more than a good ol’ F-bomb on live television!

Chloe Sevigny has been controversial for years, but really for only one reason: her sex scene with writer/director Vincent Gallo in the film Brown Bunny. But despite the buzz surrounding the Big Love actress, she’s maintained a successful career in both television and film. She recently sat down with Playboy Magazine for an interview to be featured in their January issue.

On her sex scene in Brown Bunny:

“What’s happened with that is all very complicated. There are a lot of emotions. I’ll probably have to go to therapy at some point. But I love Vincent. The film is tragic and beautiful, and I’m proud of it and my performance. I’m sad that people think one way of the movie, but what can you do? I’ve done many explicit sex scenes, but I’m not that interested in doing any more. I’m more self-aware now and wouldn’t be able to be as free, so why even do it?”

On doing nude scenes on her show Big Love:

“The first season, my character was aggressive in bed, but that changed by the second and third seasons, and there was no sex on season four. I don’t know why, and I was confused by that. This season, aside from some stuff with the teen characters, sex is still on the back burner. And although I have done nudity on the show, the other girls won’t do topless. I don’t want to be the show’s Samantha, like on Sex and the City—the only woman who’ll do nudity. So I refused to do any more and there was a lot of back-and-forth about it.”

On her ideal place to make love:

“Nature is the best aphrodisiac. I get turned on in the woods or on the shore, like at a beach house, or where you’re isolated. Risky situations don’t excite me at all, though. I feel inhibited. It’s harder for me to get excited and let go if I’m afraid of someone hearing me or if there’s a roommate nearby.”

On the sexual propositions she received after Boys Don’t Cry and If These Walls Could Talk 2:

“By the time of Boys Don’t Cry I had already spoken in interviews about my sexual experimenting as a young person. It sure seems that I have a pretty strong lesbian fan base because when I’m out, everybody responds to those films. I get letters. Last year I got a weird note on my car: “If you’re bored, me too. Let’s meet. Your new neighbor,” signed with the person’s initials. It’s kind of creepy. Does this person see me in my rented backyard, smoking and lonely?”

Country music legend Dolly Parton, 64, and British actress and singer Julie Andrews, 75, are two of the recipients the Lifetime Achievement Grammys this year.

Along with Parton and Andrews, punk band The Ramones, jazz drummer Roy Haynes, folk revivalists the Kingston Trio, the Juilliard String Quartet and 101-year-old gospel singer George Beverly Shea will also receive awards.

All of the honorees except for the Ramones have won competitive Grammys in the past. The awards will be presented at a special event held the day before the actual awards on February 12.

After a full year of separation, soccer star Landon Donovan, 28, has officially filed for divorce from his actress wife Bianca Kajlich, 33.

According to Los Angeles Superior Court papers, the World Cup Team USA player filed his divorce papers Tuesday, citing irreconcilable differences. The two were married on New Year’s Eve 2006, and separated in October of 2009.

In a joint statement, the couple said:

“We remain the closest of friends and will always be important parts of each other’s lives.”

The two have no children together. Donovan is asking for spousal support and attorney fees.

Monday night, an actor on the set of Broadway’s SPIDER-MAN Turn Off the Dark was seriously injured when a cable snapped and he fell 30-feet on stage. This was the fourth serious injury for the cursed Broadway show. Since then, the show has undergone criticism from the New York State Department of Labor and Actors Equity.

Spider-Man On Broadway Continues Despite Major Technical Issues

Tuesday, following the accident on stage (watch the video of the accident HERE), Actors Equity, in cooperation with the Department of Labor, visited the set of the show to conduct a safety investigation and speak with the production staff.

Broadway’s ‘Spider-Man’ Opening Delayed…Again

After the visit, Tuesday and Wednesday night’s shows were cancelled. A statement from Rick Miramontez, spokesperson for the show, read:

“SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and the New York State Department of Labor have agreed on the implementation of additional protocols which will be rehearsed today and this evening. As such, tonight’s performance of SPIDER-MAN Turn Off The Dark has been cancelled. Performances will resume tomorrow evening (Thursday).”

With the show having resulted in multiple injuries, many Broadway actors and veterans are upset with the decision to keep the show running. Tony-winner Alice Ripley took to her Twitter Tuesday morning and said:

“Does someone have to die? Where is the line for the decision makers, I am curious.”

“Spider-Man should be ashamed of itself. This is completely unacceptable and embarrassing to working actors everywhere.”

Rent star Adam Pascal, took to his Twitter as well, expressing anger toward Julie Taymor, the director of the show:

They should put Julie Taymor in jail for assault!”

He also had words for U2′s Bono and The Edge, who wrote the music for the show:

“I hope [actor Christopher Tierney] is ok and sues the shit out of Julie, Bono, Edge and every other a**hole who invested in that steaming pile of actor crippling s**t!”

You know, I guess this is what happens when you invest $65,000 in a Broadway show; you just keep it going. It’s completely ridiculous, if you ask me. I think the vision for the show was brilliant but certainly unrealistic for a live show. Movies, maybe. Broadway, no. Save these actors lives and stop the show, people!

David Schwimmer and his wife, Zoe Buckman, are expecting their first child together!

…but I thought he already had two — you know, Emma and Ben? Oh, wait…that’s Ross! In any case, this is big news!

The Friends star met Zoe — a photographer — in London in 2007 and became engaged in March of 2010. They were married in June.

Of their new baby, David’s rep says the couple:

“couldn’t be more thrilled.”

I’ll bet! I guess Ross…err, David…finally found his leading lady. He told People in 2006:

“I think it’s gonna have to wait until I settle down and have a family,”

“It will happen when it feels right. Maybe part of me is waiting for myself to slow down a little and be ready to stay put. I’m confident it’s gonna happen.”

He should have played the lottery!

Aaron Eckhart and Nicole Kidman are the center of plenty of Oscar buzz surrounding their dramatic new film Rabbit Hole, but Eckhart has revealed that it wasn’t all bunny rabbits (pardon the pun) and rainbows on the set of the movie.

He revealed that emotions ran high on set during the filming for a pivotal scene:

“She was irritated with me and I was irritated with her but that’s the way movie-making is. For one day, are we not allowed? For half a day even? It’s so surprising to me when people are surprised that movie making is sometimes tense and uncomfortable because inherently it’s going to be.”

“You’re around tens of people or hundreds of people working on things that are imaginary and that come from the soul. You could be dealing with subject matter like prostitution, death, drugs, blah, blah, blah. How could you expect that not to be uncomfortable?”

But don’t worry. Eckhart went on to confirm that the two are still good friends.

I can see where things could get tense on set just from watching the trailer. If you haven’t seen it, you must.

Ryan Gosling and Michelle Williams are keeping everyone guessing about whether or not they’re dating.

The Blue Valentine co-stars recently did an interview for ABC News Nightline — and host Cynthia McFadden asks the pair if they’re a couple. Things get weird quick when Ryan starts whistling like he missed the question and Michelle has a huge grin on her face. She shakes her head no, but still, that huge giddy grin sits proudly.

Naturally, like any good interviewer, Cynthia McFadden is unconvinced:

“I don’t believe that,”

But Ryan blames his (good looking) face for carrying the look of a lie:

“I always look like I’m lying. It’s just – that’s my face.”

Congrats to Ali Larter and Hayes MacArthur, who welcomed their first child — a boy — this week.

Theodore Hayes was born Monday, the actress’ rep confirmed.

Ali and her husband have known they were expecting a boy, and let it slip a few months back.

Larter has appeared in many films, including House on Haunted Hill, Final Destination and Legally Blonde.

Congrats to the Larter-MacArthurs on their little bundle of joy! Just in time for the holidays!
