Preston Lacy Arrested For Possession of Weed (MUGSHOT)

“Jacka$$ 3D” star Preston Lacy was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (in this case, marijuana!) and drug paraphernalia (rolling papers) in Oklahoma last month (December 14)- mug shot above.

The guy best known for farting into the fart mask (so talented!) was charged with two misdemeanors and faces up to two years in prison and $2,000 in fines. A lazy hopeless guy can’t even smoke his pot in peace.

      Preston Lacy was in a movie that had the highest grossing weekend in hollywood history, last year.
      What did you do in 2010, Rita.
      If I were fined 2000 dollars for pot possession and had Mr. Lacy’s bank I’d be laughing in the mug shot, too.
