Rock star Jon Bon Jovi and SNL funny man Seth Meyers have joined the cast of the upcoming sequel to the 2010 film Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve.

New Year’s Eve features a huge celebrity cast that includes Halle Berry, Jessica Biel, Abigail Breslin, Robert De Niro, Zac Efron, Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michele, Sarah Jessica Parker, Michelle Pfeiffer, Hilary Swank and Sofia Vergara.

Much like Valentine’s Day, the New Year’s Eve plot focuses on love and heartbreak experienced on the holiday. Bon Jovi will play a rock star who used to date Berry’s character. Meyers will portray a father that wants his wife (Biel) to help deliver the first child of the New Year.

Did anyone see Valentine’s Day? It FRICKIN’ sucked! What are you A-list actors thinking?!?

New Year’s Eve is expected to premiere in theatres on December 9. Yuck.
