Daddy Fisburne was concerned about his daughter’s erratic behavior and he apparently only wanted to make sure she was alright. The tape in question ended up being used in court to prove Montana could not go to jail since she supposedly needed rehab.

The prosecutor initially agreed to send Montana to rehab, before her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley notified the judge that tape was fake after all. In court documents, the prosecutor claims this “was just a ploy by the defendant to manipulate the People to offer a more lenient sentence.” Montana will most likely be sent to jail after this stunt.
