Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback/FOX NFL analyst, Troy Aikman, and his wife Rhonda Aikman have announced they have officially separated after more than ten years of marriage on Monday night (January 24).

“This has been a difficult decision for Rhonda and me, but after 10 years of marriage we have decided to separate. We remain deeply committed to our children and respectfully ask that you honor our family’s privacy during this period of adjustment,” the Hall of Fame quarterback said in a statement to the Dallas Morning News.

Rhonda and Troy, who met while she worked as a publicity employee for the Cowboys, tied the knot in April of 2000. The couple has two beautiful daughters, 9 year-old Jordan and 8 year-old Alexa. Rhonda also has another daughter from a previous marriage.
