According to court documents, late actress Brittany Murphy‘s house has gone into foreclosure and will be auctioned off Monday.

The house, which is located in the Hollywood Hills, is the home that both Brittany and her husband Simon Monjack died in. It’s 8,000 square feet on 1.29 acres.

Last March, Brittany’s mother, Sharon, put the home up for sale at an asking price of $7.25 million. In April, she pulled the house off the market. Seven weeks later, Monjack was found dead in the home.

$4,035,666.92 is still owed on the home. An auction is set for Monday morning at 10:30 AM at the courthouse in Pomona, CA.
