MLB star Jose Canseco’s twin brother, Ozzie Canseco, who failed to launch his Major League career, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) at around 2:10 am in Tampa, Florida on Saturday (January 15)- check mug shot above.

The 46 year-old identical twin had a blood alcohol level of 0.109/0.108%, which is above the legal limit of 0.08%. Ozzie is apparently still in police custody and being held on $500 bond. Will brother Jose save the day?

Actor Owen Wilson and his girlfriend Jade Buell have welcomed a healthy baby boy at an unknown location in Hawaii on Friday (January 14). Owen is finally a daddy! And according to reports, he is a very dedicated and proud new father.

The 42 year-old actor’s rep told People, “Everyone is doing well.” The rep did not offer details like weight or, more importantly, the little bundle of joy’s name. Owen probably wants to surprise us with an original name (or not!).

Jade and Owen have reportedly been dating for more than year. Owen was confident he had finally found “The One” and seemed to be completely head over heels when he spoke about his girlfriend at the premiere of “How Do You Know” back in December.

“When you stop talking about yourself and you’re more open to listening to what they’re interested in and what they want to talk, that’s how you know,” Owen told Us. “Maybe you’re more open to even renting a movie like Steel Magnolias. Britney’s manager Adam Leber sarcastically replied to the rapper, saying, “Thanks for ‘letting’ us be #1. Much appreciated.” TAKE THAT, douchebag! Seriously, I really don’t get why Kanye has this huge “God” complex. He needs to let it go and accept the fact that we LOVE Britney (… even when she lip-synchs and acts like a total trainwreck!).

Actress Zsa Zsa Gabor was finally submitted to a dangerous procedure to amputate three quarters of her right leg, in order to prevent a life-threatening infection from spreading to vital organs, on Friday (January 14).

Zsa Zsa’s husband Prince Frederic von Anhalt finally gave the consent to perform the risky surgery that turned out to be successful since there were no unexpected difficulties on the operation table.

Doctors expect the actress to heal and fully recover, but Zsa Zsa will continue to be closely monitored because of her age. There is no information on when she will be released from the hospital.

Zsa Zsa is a fighter! We wish the 93 year-old actress a fast recovery.

Actress Brenda Strong, who plays Mary Alice Young, the dead housewife/voice-over on “Desperate Housewives”, and her husband, yoga instructor Tom Henri, are officially getting divorced after being married for almost 22 years.

The 50 year-old decided to file a divorce petition citing irreconcilable differences at the LA County Superior Court in Los Angeles, California on Friday (January 14). The couple tied the knot back in 1989 and they have one son named Zakery Henri.

R&B star Usher, best known as Justin Bieber’s mentor, was forced to cancel two of his upcoming concerts in Europe due to some sort of “upper respiratory illness”. On Thursday in Berlin, the 32 year-old wasn’t able to sing in front of a big crowd and ended the show earlier.

Usher sincerely apologized to his fans, who bought the tickets to see one of their idols. According to his rep, doctors advised the singer to take some days to rest in order to ensure a full recovery.

Usher released the following statement: “I deeply regret having to reschedule the shows. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I have caused my fans. My fans are the best in the world and I am looking forward to getting better so that I can give them the show they deserve.”

Fans will understand their idol is human after all. We wish Usher a quick and fast recovery.

John Dye, who was best known for his time on Touched By An Angel as the angel Andrew, died of a heart attack on Monday. He was 47 years old.

You may not know his name, but John’s face is unforgettable — the actor also appeared in Murder, She Wrote and The Young and the Restless, as well as The Perfect Weapon and Once Upon a Christmas.

John’s Touched By An Angel costar, Valerie Bertinelli, expressed her sadness for the loss via Twitter:

“Dear, sweet John Dye, rest in peace.”

Poor Martha Stewart! The 69 year-old simply wanted to kiss her little doggies, two French bulldogs named Francesca and Sharkey, goodbye before heading out to New York City for work, when she got accidently headbutted by a startled Francesca.

This incident earned Martha a trip to the emergency room and nine stitches on her upper lip (pictures above). OUCH. Martha explains Francesca was sleeping and she must have scared her because the dog moved quickly and hit her in the face.

“As I leaned down to whisper goodbye to a dozing Francesca, I must have startled her, because she bolted upright with such force that she hit me in the face like a boxing glove hitting an opponent’s face,” Stewart wrote on her blog.

Martha was treated by a plastic surgeon, Dr. William Nolan, who treated the wound and gave her stitches. “She got hit with a pretty good whack,” Dr. Nolan tells PeoplePets. “The cut was through the skin and through the muscle of the lip, so it wasn’t just a little, itty-bitty cut.”

Martha must have learned the lesson. First, you gotta wake up the kids before you can whisper sweet nothings in their ear and kiss them goodnight.
