Ellen wanted to know why Kim was not present after she checked into rehab following a major meltdown on the final episode of the Bravo’s hit reality show. Kyle Richards, who is apparently still not talking to her sister, claims Kim is probably too embarrassed to show her booty on TV.

On Kim’s absence from this appearance….
Ellen: First, Kim is not there. We should mention that. Kim’s not here. Is she okay?
Kyle: I think she doesn’t really like to be around this crowd that much. I think she’s a little gun shy right now.
Ellen: So she won’t be back next season. That’s safe to assume?
Kyle: I don’t know. I don’t know yet.

The truth is Kim is still fighting her demons – she has been battling substance abuse for years and being on TV is actually making her problems a lot worse. The family is really worried about her. So when Ellen asked if Kim would return to the show, Kyle could not give her a straight answer.

Kim could be leaving the show for good to finally seek the help she desperately needs. The housewife remains silence and “invisible” while she is considering the possibility of not returning for a new season.
