Actress Lindsay Lohan simply cannot stay out of trouble. She just doesn’t know how. This time, Lindsay will most likely be charged with felony grand theft by LA County District Attorney on Monday (February 7).
Lindsay Lohan Accused Of Criminal Battery At Betty Ford
The 24 year-old is being accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, California late last month (January 22). Lindsay is seen putting the necklace in the surveillance video from the store and she was photographed by paparazzi wearing the jewelry item in question a week later (more pictures below).

Lindsay claims she “borrowed” the necklace, but apparently her assistant forgot to fill the legal paperwork to prove the jewelry loan and failed to return the item on time. If convicted, Lindsay could be sentenced to up to three years in state prison. Plus, this incident could and will probably have dramatic consequences on her ongoing DUI case because Lindsay is still on probation.
