Lindsay Lohan Forced To Surrender On Grand Theft Charges

Actress Lindsay Lohan was just formally accused of stealing a “one-of-a-king” gold necklace by the District Attorney’s Office and will be forced to surrender at LA Airport Courthouse at 1:30 pm on Wednesday (February 9).

Lindsay will be charged with felony grand theft for allegedly stealing the $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice, California on January 22. If convicted, the actress faces up to three years in a state prison.

Lindsay Lohan Accused Of Criminal Battery At Betty Ford

Theft is the least of Lindsay’s problems. She is also being investigated for allegedly attacking a Betty Ford Clinic employee during her latest rehab stint and is still on probation from her DUI case.

According to TMZ, Lindsay will not do the “perp walk”. Unfortunately, there will be no Lindsay in handcuffs and taken to the cop shop tomorrow. The “Mean Girls” star has the opportunity to voluntarily surrender.
