Judge Warns Lindsay Lohan: “Next Time, NO Bail!”

The 24 year-old plead not guilty in the felony theft case. Lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley and prosecutor Danette Meyers will try to reach a plea bargain, but Lindsay was remanded into custody.

Judge Schwartz told Lindsay, “You’re no different than anyone else … please don’t push your luck. If you violate the law, I will remand you and there will be NO BAIL.”

Lindsay was booked and will be released as soon as she pays a $20,000 bail for the felony and another $20,000 bail for the violation of her probation in the DUI case, which was revoked.

The judge also established Lindsay cannot try to contact the jewelry store from where she allegedly stole the necklace in question. The store owners were scared when they received flowers from someone on Lindsay’s name.
