Singer Christina Aguilera and her soon-to-be ex-husband Jordan Bratman have finally reached an agreement on the condition of their divorce, which includes joint custody of their son Max.

Christina was smart enough to get a prenup before marrying the guy, but Jordan got something extra for his role in their marriage to finally get out of his estranged wife’s home, where she is currently living in with her new boyfriend Matt Rutler.

The singer’s lawyer, Laura Wasser, filed the final divorce papers with the agreement on Wednesday (February 9). The divorce will be final only after 6 months from then, so that means Christina will be officially single on April 15.
