Bachelor Brad Womack finally had the chance to really get to know his four final girls, Chantal O’Brien, Ashley Hebert, Shawntel Newton and Emily Maynard, during the hometown dates on the last episode of “The Bachelor” on Monday (February 21)- watch videos below.

Brad had fun with Chantal and Ashley. These two girls both had really normal lives and sweet families. Chantal explains that if they get engaged, they will need to find a new home because Chantal’s package comes with a super cute dog and two beautiful cats. Brad loved the little fluffy dog.

Then, he met Shawntel, the funeral director, at the mausoleum. GEEZ! Brad was getting all the crazy and creepy vibes from the girl, who made him lay down on an embalming table while she explained the process and asked him if he wanted to be cremated. OMG. Hilarious. Brad is not comfortable with the fact Shawntel’s life is all about death. Creepy. After that date, we knew Shawntel would be gone.

Brad said, “Shawntel N.’s hometown had to be the most unique because she showed me her place of work first. Laying down on the embalming table is something I won’t quickly forget. I hope it made her realize I was willing to do literally anything to show her I admire and respect her career!”

Finally, Emily brings her 5 year-old daughter Ricki, whose father, race car driver Ricky Hendrick, was killed in a 2004 plane crash, to meet Brad. At first, Ricki was too shy and made it really difficult for Brad to feel comfortable.

But somehow, Ricki and Brad connected and she smiled a lot and even laughed around Brad. The Bachelor did not feel comfortable enough to kiss Emily because he did not want to disrespect Emily or her daughter.

Brad explains why he wasn’t comfortable about kissing Emily:

Last but definitely not least, I was humbled and honored to get the chance to meet Emily’s daughter, Little Ricki. It took a while to get her to open up to me but once she did, my heart melted by just being around that little girl.

I want to explain why I didn’t kiss Emily while sitting on her couch. It’s no secret that I’m brand new to a lot of this. I’ve never dated a woman with a daughter before so I don’t know proper etiquette in that situation. All I know is this, I wanted to kiss Emily every second I was around her, but my very first concern was showing her daughter respect (as well as Emily). I realize it makes me look like a weird and awkward guy around Emily, but that’s anything but the case. Again, my first concern was her daughter.
