American Idol 10 Semifinalist, Casey Abrams Hospitalized

Spoiler Alert! American Idol season 10 contestant Casey Abrams, who will be announced as a Top 24 semifinalist tonight, was immediately taken to the hospital after he started complaining of severe stomach pains while rehearsing at CBS Television City on Wednesday (February 23).

The 19 year-old super talented Idol wannabe is currently undergoing tests to determine what his wrong with his health. Casey will have to be 100% on Friday (February 25), when he is scheduled to tape a performance with the rest of the Top 12 guys.

If Casey is not ready to take over the stage then, the Top 24 contestant will be eliminated from the competition even before it began. NOO! Please, no! Casey is fighting for the Idol title. The competition would lose a great contestant (one of the best!) and just wouldn’t be the same.
