The 30 year-old singer, who separated from her husband Jordan Bratman in October, is having a lot of fun with her new man, but her friends are seriously worried about her recent behavior. People worry the “Beautiful” singer might end up in rehab.

“Her friends are fed up,” a source says. “Nobody can get through to her. They think she’s trashy. And her ego is out of control. She’s really spiraling. I would be shocked if she’s not in rehab in the next month or two.”

The downward spiral has already begun. Christina allegedly had a nasty fight with her mom on New Year’s Eve and was seen drowning her sorrows in alcohol at The Dime in Los Angeles, California last month.

This month alone, Christina messed up the lyrics of the national anthem at the 2011 Super Bowl XLV (watch video here). And she also almost hit the floor at the end of the Aretha Franklin tribute at the 2011 Grammy Awards (watch video here). What’s next?
