Actress Lindsay Lohan was warned by Judge Keith Schwartz that if she accepted a plea deal in the felony grand theft case, she would go straight to jail. To plead guilty or no contest would be seen as an admission she did, in fact, violated her probation.

The judge slammed the actress, telling her bluntly, “I don’t care that you’re Lindsay Lohan.” Judge Schwartz also asked for a psychological evaluation of the defendant to better understand what would be the most appropriate sentence.

Deputy D.A. Danette Meyers, who allegedly wants 6 months of jail time for Lindsay, made a formal offer to settle the case, but the actress’ lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley is not going to accept it.

Lindsay, who won’t accept a plea bargain involving jail time, continues to claim she did not steal the item and is ready to face trial. The 24 year-old continues to desperately try to avoid jail the best she can, while getting herself into trouble more than once per month. Good job, Linds!

However, this time Lindsay is really screwed. If convicted, Lindsay faces up to one year in state prison. BUT, Lindsay still has to face the music in the probation violation case. In the probation hearing, the judge only has to decide it’s “more likely” Lindsay stole the necklace than not and she is sent to jail.

In the best case scenario, Lindsay hopes to be found not guilty at the grand theft trial and prays to get less than six months in jail for the probation violation. That means Lindsay will most probably end up in the slammer AGAIN.

Prokhorov acted interested enough in Carmelo Anthony to drive the asking price up, while he was working behind the scenes to steal the more talented player, Jazz All-Star point guard Deron Williams, away from the Utah Jazz in a 3-team trade (Details).

This is it! American Idol Season 10 Top 24 contestants (the best 12 boys and the best 12 girls) have been leaked later than usual since the producers of the show decided to make the final decision only a week before the contestants are officially presented to the public.

St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright is likely to miss the next 12-15 months after injuring a ligament in his elbow Monday at the Cards Spring Training.

Mozeliak was just on 590AM radio and stated that he believes Adam will need Tommy John surgery. If so his recovery will take 12-15 months. The injury took place Monday while Wainwright was pitching at Spring Training.

Alyssa Milano and her husband Dave Bugliari have announced the actress is pregnant with their first child. The couple couldn’t be happier with the news as they expect the baby to come in early fall.

“They’re just over the moon,” says a friend of the Who’s The Boss and Charmed alum, who’s due in early fall. “They are so excited.”

Thank you for your warm wishes and love! I am overwhelmed by the outpouring of well wishes! I’m reading each one w/ big chunky tears in my eyes. ~GROUPHUG~ Get in.”

The 38 year-old actress and 32 year-old agent at the Creative Artist Agency tied the knot in a beautiful and private ceremony at his parents’ home in New Jersey back in August of 2009 after dating for more than three years.
