Baby Wellington, who weighed in at 8 pounds and 8 ounces, is the couple’s second child. Big brother JR is 2 years old. “We feel like the luckiest people in the world now with a healthy and elated family of four!” Rosie tells UsMagazine.

MTV’s “Life of Ryan” star Shane Sheckler, the younger brother of skateboarding superstar Ryan Sheckler, was arrested for DUI after being pulled over for driving erratically in San Clemente on Saturday morning (February 5).

The 18 year-old was behind the wheel of his white GMC truck when he was intercepted by the cops, who believed he displayed clear signs of intoxication. Shane was booked for driving under the influence and released a few hours later.

Actress Lindsay Lohan was just formally accused of stealing a “one-of-a-king” gold necklace by the District Attorney’s Office and will be forced to surrender at LA Airport Courthouse at 1:30 pm on Wednesday (February 9).
