‘My Name is Earl‘ star Jaime Pressly has been extremely naughty — after being arrested on suspicion of a DUI in early January, Jaime has been OFFICIALLY cited with a DUI.

It was alleged that Jaime was operating her vehicle with a blood alcohol level of .20 or greater. Wow! How did she even get the keys in the ignition? I guess when you’re trying to escape your problems, anything is possible — Jaime recently split from husband Simran Singh.

After being arrested Jaime was held at the Santa Monica jail on $15,000 bail, which she met. Her new arraignment is scheduled for next Monday — February 7th.

So, Jaime, Steelers or Packers? Better get your bet on the right horse in case you need to post bail again…but don’t drink too much at the Super Bowl party.

Actress Sarah Lancaster, best known for her role of Ellie in “Chuck”, and her boyfriend, attorney Matthew Jacobs, tied the knot in a small private ceremony in Southern California on Saturday (January 29)- wedding pictures below.

Matthew and Sarah, who have been dating for two years, also happily announced they are expecting their first child. “It’s a really happy time in our lives,” the couple say in a statement. “We are thrilled to be starting a family and our wedding weekend was simply perfect.”

The 30 year-old actress wore a wedding dress by Amsale and was offered her grandmother’s gold mesh heirloom bracelet, which is engraved with her grandparents’ wedding date. The groom opted to wear his father’s 1960’s classic three-piece wedding suit.

The big ‘C’ takes another victim — Cake Boss‘ Sal Picinich died Sunday of cancer. He was 63.

Sal worked for more than 40 years in the Carlo’s Bakery in Hoboken, N.J, alongside Buddy “The Cake Boss” Valastro — who admired Sal like a father.

TLC released a statement regarding the loss:

“TLC was saddened to learn of the passing of Sal Picinich, a beloved Carlo’s Bakery employee featured on Cake Boss,”

“We join Buddy Valastro and the entire Carlo’s crew in sending Sal’s family our sincerest condolences.”

TLC bid one last farewell to Sal on Monday night’s episode.

Such sad news, and you can get cancer from just about anything these days. R.I.P.!

Actress Christina Applegate and her fiancé Martyn LeNoble welcomed a healthy baby girl named Sadie Grace LeNoble, who weighed in at 7 lbs., 8oz., in Los Angeles on Thursday (January 27).

“Actress Christina Applegate andfiancé, musician Martyn LeNoble, welcomed daughter Sadie Grace LeNoble on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011 in Los Angeles,” the spokesperson said in a statement. “Mother and daughter are doing great.”

A source says, “She’s a beautiful little girl, and they are so happy and in love with her.”

The 39 year-old actress become a mother for the first time two years after she beat breast cancer, following a double mastectomy. Christina and Martyn, who announced the pregnancy news back in July, have been dating for more than three years and became engaged last Valentine’s Day.

George W. Bush’s daughter, New Yorker Barbara Bush, publicly states in a new video for New Yorkers for Marriage Equality that she believes everyone, regardless of sexuality, “should have the right to marry the person they love.”

“I am Barbara Bush, and I am a New Yorker for marriage equality,” she says in the video. “New York is about fairness and equality. And everyone should have the right to marry the person that they love.”

Barbara’s mother, Laura Bush, has been open minded about gay marriage as well:

Saying in May, “I think that we ought to definitely look at it and debate it. I think there are a lot of people who have trouble coming to terms with that because they see marriage as traditionally between a man and a woman, but I also know that when couples are committed to each other and love each other that they ought to have the same sort of rights that everyone has.”

Congrats to Barbara for standing up for what she believes in and not being afraid to make a public stand.
