Dr. Drew will be back with a new season of “Celebrity Rehab” (season 5) on VH1, which reportedly started shooting on Wednesday (March 2). Guess who’s going to “Celebrity Rehab” this year?

MICHAEL LOHAN! Dr. Drew has been after Lindsay Lohan for years, but he finally got second best – her fame-seeker daddy, who is addicted to exposing his family’s personal life for 15 seconds in the spotlight.

Michael is going to rehab for his anger management issues and not a drug or alcohol problem. Lindsay, who refuses to make an appearance on the show, furiously called her dad to know how much he is going to score in cash to make him pay Cody and Ali Lohan’s child support.

Yeah, right! Other pseudo-celebrities to join the 21-day rehabilitation reality show, include:

• Michaele Salahi and husband Tariq Salahi (former “Real Housewives of DC” stars aka White House party crashers)
• Dwight “Doc” Gooden (former NY Mets pitcher)
• Bai Ling (actress)
• Jeremy Jackson (Hobie from “Baywatch”)
