Steven Tyler loved it and compared her to an “early Ella Fitzgerald”. Jennifer Lopez liked that last note and called Naima an exotic flower who brings color to the stage. Randy Jackson thought it was a bit lounge acty and claimed to have liked the second half more than the first.

Naima can definitely do better than this. I like her style and her colorful jazzy vibe. What really scares me is her wardrobe choices. That big yellow dress was designed by Naima herself. And I hate it! But, the color is fantastic for her.
