Ashthon Jones chose to sing “And I Am Telling You” for a wildcard and a spot in the final Top 13 at the American Idol season 10 semifinals results show on Thursday (March 3)- watch video below.

That is how it’s done! If Ashton had sung with the same intensity, energy and power last night, she could have been in the Top 10. The baby diva finally showed us what she’s got. We needed to see her hit the high notes before she advanced to the Top 13 with a WildCard from Randy Jackson.
