Fitness was a healthy way to kick off Jeremy’s meth addiction a few years ago, but it soon became a nightmare. Meth was substituted by gym, HGH (Human Growth Hormone), testosterone (an anabolic steroid) and even B12 vitamin injections.

Jeremy fears for his life! The 30 year-old actor decided to finally seek professional help and is currently a member of the new season of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew. Perhaps Jeremy should check himself into a real rehab facility without cameras.

Dr. Drew’s VH1 reality/documentary show hasn’t exactly been successful when it comes to actually treating celebs’ addictions because they always seem to find their way back into trouble.
