The infamous dress was sold for a staggering $125,884 (£78,000) to an unidentified buyer at the Kerry Taylor Auctions Passion for Fashion sale in London, England on Thursday (March 17). The lingerie-style dress cost less than $50 and was made as a design school project called ‘The Art of Seduction’.

“I’m thrilled,” says Todd. “Everyone says that the fashion show was when the romance started and when she bagged her prince, so a small part of me will always be part of royal history. It’s madness!”

The 31 year-old Charlotte Todd didn’t know who Kate was when she modeled her creation, but she is honored to be a part of royal history. Prince William and Kate are now engaged to be married in the most-anticipated royal wedding in history (April 29).

13 year-old Rebecca Black became an overnight YouTube sensation after she posted a video of her single “Friday”, which has been described as the “worst song ever” (watch video HERE). “Friday” currently has more than 16 million views.

The company responsible for the wave of young teens with their own music videos is called Ark Music Factory. Rebecca did not expect to become a super star, but it hasn’t been easy to deal with all the media attention and hurtful comments from people all over the world.

“I didn’t write it at all,” Black says. “‘Friday’ is about hanging out with friends, having fun. I felt like it was my personality in that song.”

Says Ark Music executive Clarence Jey, who co-produced the hit: “Rebecca Black is actually [an] amazing singer [with] a unique tone and a fantastic fun person.”

“I want to show people there’s more to me than they think,” Black exclaims.

In an interview for Good Morning America, Rebecca confessed that some of the comments are really hurtful and she feels like she is being cyber-bullied (watch video below). When asked about the worst comments she has received, Rebecca said:

“‘I hope you cut yourself, and I hope you’ll get an eating disorder so you’ll look pretty.’ When I first saw all the nasty comments, I did cry … I don’t think I’m the worst singer, but I don’t think I’m the best.”

The girl doesn’t have such a bad voice. Give her a break, haters! Rebecca would simply love to meet and sing a duet with her Idol, Justin Bieber.

“I have Bieber fever,” she told GMA. “I am in love with Justin Bieber. [A duet] would make my life!”

2011 American Idol Season 10 Top 13 Finalists Revealed!

Last night, as we expected, three girls, Karen, Haley Reinhart and Naima Adedapo, were in the bottom three. Those were definitely the poorest performances on the Idol’s birth year live show. Both Karen and Haley had already been in the bottom three last week.

Ashthon Jones was the first contestant eliminated from Idol. And now Karen. The guys have a very strong group with incredible talents, but the girls have been actually pretty disappointing (even boring!) this year.

Karen had the chance to perform for the judges’ “save card”. She chose to sing her Spanglish version of Mariah Carey’s “Hero” (watch video below), but even then she failed to wow with her performance. Randy Jackson said it had not been unanimous, but they were not going to save her. I bet Jennifer Lopez wanted to keep her (*eye roll*).

The judges cannot afford to use a card in a mediocre performer when next week it could be Pia Toscano or Casey Abrams (or some other super talented contestant) on that spot… those are save cards worth giving!

British actor Michael Gough, best known for his role as butler Alfred Pennyworth in all four movies of the “Batman” franchise, sadly passed away on Thursday (March 17). He is survived by his fourth wife, Henrietta Gough.

Michael was 94 years old. The actor appeared in more than 100 movies since he started his career in the movie “Blanche Fury” back in 1947. Michael also starred in “Dracula” (1958) and “Phantom Of the Opera” (1962).

Duane “Dog The Bounty Hunter” Chapman’s daughter, Lyssa Chapman, was arrested for harassment and criminal property damage in Honolulu, Hawaii on Tuesday night (March 15)- see mug shot above.

Lyssa reportedly started banging on doors and even knocked a phone out of a police officer’s hand before she was taken into custody at around 3 am. She has not been released since the $400 bail has not been paid yet.

For some reason, Lyssa’s parents didn’t bail her out yet. Dog’s wife and Lyssa’s stepmom, Beth, dropped a cryptic message on Twitter. She wrote, “Remember one thing people who don’t immediately bail their kids out of jail.. Generally they know more than you do.”

Lyssa just filed for divorce from her violent husband Bo after being married for less than two years and going through physical and emotional abuse. She had to kick him out of her home several times since they separated in October.
