Dr. Drew will be back with a new season of “Celebrity Rehab” (season 5) on VH1, which reportedly started shooting on Wednesday (March 2). Guess who’s going to “Celebrity Rehab” this year?

MICHAEL LOHAN! Dr. Drew has been after Lindsay Lohan for years, but he finally got second best – her fame-seeker daddy, who is addicted to exposing his family’s personal life for 15 seconds in the spotlight.

Former American Idol judge Paula Abdul made a frantic and tearful emergency call to 911 because her “boyfriend” was allegedly not letting her get out of the car during a hot date in Santa Barbara at around 4:35 pm on Valentine’s Day (February 14).

In the 911 call, Paula is heard crying and sobbing while screaming, “Drop me off! I wanna go, and he won’t let me! You gonna drop me off ’cause I have emergency on the phone.” After a few moments, Paul says, “He’s dropping me off.” (Listen to 911 call HERE)

Police officers went to her home to make sure she was safe. Paula explained that it had been just a verbal argument and decided not to file a police report. In an official statement, her rep said, “Arguments with loved ones are often times heated. After the call was made everything was worked out.”

We wonder who is this mysterious boyfriend and what were they arguing about? However, we totally respect Paula and her privacy. Sure she doesn’t want to do her dirty laundry in the media.

Oakland Athletics’ star, Covelli Loyce Crisp aka Coco Crisp, was arrested for suspicion of DUI after being pulled over by the cops while driving a 2009 Rolls Royce Phantom (worth more than $400,000) in Scottsdale, Arizona on Wednesday (March 2).

The 31 year-old was pulled over because he reportedly failed to stay in one lane of traffic. Coco was promptly arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, but he was released just in time for his Cactus League pregame drills.

The cops said, “After the stop, the officer observed signs of intoxication on the driver. After Mr. Crisp agreed to, and performed field sobriety tests, he was arrested without further incident.”

Oakland A’s did not mention whether Coco will face disciplinary action or not. Next time, use a designated driver!

Former Bachelor contestant Melissa Rycroft-Strickland proudly showed off her baby girl, Ava Grace, on the latest issue of OK! Magazine. Melissa and husband Tye Strickland welcomed their bundle of joy on February 16.

The new parents are both excited and feel like they are currently living the “happily ever after” part of a fairy tale. Melissa is clearly head over heels in love with beautiful Ava.

“People always say you’ll never know true love until you have a child. It’s a hard thing to understand, but it is on a totally different level,” says Melissa.

“I look at this little girl and realize there’s nothing I love more in the world,” Melissa tells OK! exclusively. “There are no feelings that compare to my feelings for her.”

BYU Cougars starting forward Brandon Davies was suspended for the rest of the season for having pre-marital sex with his girlfriend, which is a violation of the school’s strict code of honor (read BYU honor code HERE). Seriously?

No kidding! Even if Brandon and his girl had safe sex? BYU spokeswoman, Carri Jenkins, said the Honor Code Office is still reviewing the situation and will determine Brandon’s future with the school. Does that mean Brandon can be expelled?

According to Salt Lake Tribune, the honor code forbids students from engaging in premarital sex, and admonishes them to “live a chaste and virtuous life.” We are in the 21st century, right!?!

Brandon is said to be heartbroken and “extremely remorseful”, but he is ready to face the consequences of his actions.
