The 25 year-old former Burberry and Tommy Hilfiger model was initially caught with a “paint marker” on her hand, preparing to graffiti “TNA” in a wall of a building in Soho. When the cops searched Theodora, they found the drugs.

Charlie Sheen’s downward spiral of shame continues! The actor’s 23 month-old twins, Bob and Max, were removed from their daddy’s home by judges’ orders after their mother, Brooke Mueller was granted a restraining order against Charlie.

According to Brooke, Charlie threatened her, saying, “I will cut your head off, put it in a box and send it to your mom.” He also allegedly threw a phone, spit on her feet, punched her in the arm and threatened to stick a penknife in Brooke’s eye on February 23.

Brooke is currently in a day treatment facility for substance abuse and will only be able to see her twins for four hours a day, but her mother will be taking care of them for the rest of the day.

Charlie denied everything in another interview for the Today Show. He said, “It’s colorful … that’s a good one I guess. If you spend enough time around me you can formulate things and make it sound like it could have come from my mouth, but you can do that watching reruns.”

But there’s more… there’s a lot more! Brooke claims Charlie asked her for money from child support – “untraceable cash to knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished,” he said. Scary!

During their recent trip to the Bahamas, Brook claims he said loud and clear on the plane “that he hated his ex-wife, Denise Richards, violently and he was going to have her hair shaved off. I’m untouchable! I’m Charlie Sheen! I’m more famous than Obama!”

In the court documents, there’s also text messages with anti-semitic comments made against Charlie’s manager, Mark Burg. He allegedly texted Brooke, “I must execute mark b like the stoopid jew pig that he is.” Of course, the “Two and a Half Men” star is telling a completely different story.

Charlie told TMZ, “I busted Brooke a year ago sending text messages from my phone to family members to cause discord. Both Natalie and Rachel (aka, the goddesses) will testify they observed Brooke with my phone on that day.” Charlie adds, “I have to believe the text about Mark Burg is a repeat performance.”

Charlie’s managed, Mark Burg, also came to his defense with the following statement:

“Charlie Sheen’s ex-publicist, Stan Rosenfield, is Jewish. Charlie Sheen’s entertainment attorney, Jake Bloom, is Jewish. Charlie Sheen’s litigation attorney, Marty Singer, is Jewish. Charlie Sheen’s divorce attorney, Mark Gross, is Jewish. I’ve known him for 13 years. I don’t believe that he actually sent that text.”

And Burg adds, “For the record, since Brooke Mueller is Jewish that would make Charlie Sheen’s two sons also Jewish.”

Charlie’s goddesses, Rachel Oberlin and Natalie Kenly, will testify they saw Brooke with the phone that day. But, Brooke already has an alibi. On February 19, the day the text message was sent, Brook was filming a reality show with socialite Paris Hilton at her Los Feliz home in Los Angeles, California.

Apple co-founder and CEO Steve Jobs surprised Apple fans when he walked on stage today to announce the iPad 2.  Jobs has been battling pancreatic cancer for some time and recently took a medical leave from Apple to receive more intense treatment for the disease.

English actress Joan Collins could barely breathe (literally!) in the super tight dress she wore to the Vanity Fair post-Oscar party and ended up in an ambulance being rushed to the hospital for a “Victorian swoon” on Sunday (February 27).

No kidding. There is nothing funny about this medical emergency, but it’s ironic the type of torture women go through in the name of fashion. The 77 year-old “Dynasty” actress explained what happened:

Collins told reporters, “We went to the hospital and they did all the tests before the doctors told me I was absolutely fine and released me. The truth was, I made the wrong decision to wear a very tight dress and had something rather like a Victorian swoon.”

She added, “The good news is, I am in good health and feel fine today.”

Fortunately, Joan is healthy and fine. She just needed to get out of the uncomfortably tight dress… how embarrassing! Next time, it could be wise to make sure you can breathe in your clothes.

Tom Cruise’s wife Katie Holmes decided to file a $50 million libel lawsuit against Star Magazine for defamation after a cover headline (“Addiction Nightmare – Katie Drug Shocker – The Real Reason She Can’t Leave Tom”) insinuated the actress has a drug addiction problem and wanted to leave her husband.

The lawsuit states, “[Katie] has no intention of leaving her husband, and is not prevented from doing so by any drug addiction.” The headline is pretty sensationalist, but when you actually read the article there’s nothing that actually supports the magazine’s claims. American Media Inc., the publisher begs to disagree.

Katie Holmes’ rep released the following statement:

“Today, Katie Holmes filed a lawsuit in federal court in Los Angeles for libel against American Media, Inc., publisher of Star Magazine. The lawsuit alleges that Ms. Holmes was defamed by the tabloid, which recently published an article falsely suggesting that she is a drug addict. The story in Star Magazine is totally and unequivocally false. Ms. Holmes was forced to file this lawsuit to vindicate her reputation after American Media refused to retract its vicious lies about her.”

The actress broke the silence to express her shock when she saw this cover:

“Of all the fabricated stories that continue to be published about me, this instance is beyond the pale. The publisher knew this outrageous story was false and printed it anyway to sell magazines.”

Then, here comes Katie’s lawyer, Bert Fields, with another official statement on the matter:

“Star Magazine’s malicious claims about Katie are untrue, unethical and unlawful. Not only do they cruelly defame Katie, they play a cheap trick on the public, making ridiculously false claims on the cover unsupported by anything inside. Someone should bring a class action to get all buyers their money back.”

But, what does American Media Inc. has to say about all this?

“Star fully stands behind the editorial integrity of what we have published concerning Ms Holmes’ controversial use of the Scientology ‘e-meter.’ The physical effect of the e-meter on its users is a matter of significant public concern and we plan to vigorously defend the suit filed by Ms. Holmes,” an American Media rep said in a statement. “Many ex scientologists have testified that the e-meter sessions have mood elevating effects. The cover and the inside article discuss these effects. Our attorneys look forward to deposing Ms. Holmes about her experiences with Scientology and the e-meter, and expect that the case will be promptly dismissed by the court.”

Scientology is most likely to blame for some outrageous behaviors. From crazy behavior to drug addiction – now that’s pure speculation. I do not want to play devil’s advocate here, but, scientifically speaking, there is no official study about the effects of e-meter and its relation to typical addictive behaviors.

Tennis star Serena Williams, who looked fantastic at the Vanity Fair Oscar party on Sunday (pic above), was rushed to the hospital after suffering a pulmonary embolism as a result of treatment for a more serious condition on Monday (February 28).

The 29 year-old is currently being treated and monitored at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Serena’s rep released the following statement to explain her health condition at the moment:

“Monday Serena Williams underwent emergency treatment at Cedars for a hematoma she suffered as a result of treatment for a more critical situation,” the rep says in an exclusive statement.

“Last week, Serena suffered from a pulmonary embolism [a blood clot in the lungs] which was discovered upon her return to L.A. She had been in New York for doctor appointments for the ongoing issues with her foot. Doctors are continuing to monitor her situation closely to avoid additional complications.”

This is unexpected. You don’t expect a young athlete to suffer from such a serious respiratory condition. Unfortunately, I’m very familiar with the problem and I can imagine some of what she is going through. It’s not easy. Stay strong.

Seriously? The 2011 Oscar co-hosts should probably hate each other after one of the biggest fiascos in Hollywood history. But, does Anne Hathaway really hate James Franco? And vice-versa?

James seemed to be too high to even care about what was happening and to understand how big his responsibilities at the event were. Anne basically had to make all the heavy lifting – she tried too damn hard to be funny and failed miserably. She is not a comedienne.

“She had to provide all the energy — he was just phoning it in,” says a second insider. “James seemed in his own little world. Producers were pissed.”

After the show, the 32 year-old actor skipped his own Oscars after-party at The Writer’s Room in Los Angeles and went straight back to New York (WHY?). A source said, “He went immediately back to NYC because he was pissed about how the show went.”

Anne’s rep denies such claims, saying, “This is absolutely not true. Anne had a wonderful experience with him.” Of course, she did. Anne cannot say James basically ruined her big night. Or didn’t he?
