Today is the birthday of the most popular teen on the planet. Justin Bieber is now 17-years old and has asked his fans to donate to Charity:Water for  his birthday.

I have had an incredible year and it is all due to the fans helping me live my dream. I’m turning 17 years old on Tuesday, and have so much to be grateful for!

So this year, I really want my birthday to be all about helping others. Instead of asking for gifts, I’m asking friends, family and fans to consider donating $17 for my 17th birthday to help make a change.

100% of all donations go directly to building clean water projects in developing countries with charity: water, and we’ll be able to see photos and GPS of the projects we helped build!

Together, we’ve made a big difference for many causes. Did you know that about 4,500 kids die each day from waterborne disease? By building clean water projects for villages that need them, we can prevent this!

I want to make my birthday matter this year — let’s make it so more kids can grow up to have a 17th birthday like me. Join me to make a change.

Bieber was born in Canada but spends most of his time, when not traveling for work, in his suburban Atlanta mansion.

So far over $30,000.00 has been donated to Charity:Water in Bieb’s honor.

Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested in West Hollywood early this morning at 2:45am. Rutler was cited for ‘Driving Under the Influence’ while Christina was booked for ‘extreme’ public intoxication’ according to TMZ.

Aguilera’s 25-year-old boyfriend Matthew Rutler was also arrested last night at the same time for a misdemeanor offense.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff’s Department, Rutler’s bail was set at $30,000.

Law enforcement sources tell us Aguilera appeared to be “extremely intoxicated” and was “unable to take care of herself.”

However, the source adds, “If the driver had NOT been arrested for DUI, [Christina] would have never been in trouble.”

X-Tina has money, so she is an idiot for not hiring a driver.

Is Christina on a downward spiral that is only going to end up with a stint in rehab or worse?

Aguilera made national headlines last month after flubbing the lyrics to the Star Spangled Banner at the Super Bowl in Dallas.

She also recently fell down on stage at the Grammys.  Those close to Christina seem to think she has lost it and needs rehab to help calm her down and straighten her back out.
