The ruffled dress is super cute, extra flirty, but that cleavage is absolutely not appropriate for kids/family oriented event. There’s too much going on – too much legs and too much boobies!

Kim, who was accompanied by her sisters, Kourtney Kardashian, Kendal Jenner and Kylie Jenner, loved the night and was happy to finally meet actress Sofia Vergara (photos here).
