Facebook’s founding president/Napster‘s co-founder, Sean Parker, and his new girlfriend, singer/songwriter Alexandra Lenas, have confirmed they are officially engaged to marry soon.

Alexandra and Sean, who have reportedly been dating for a little over six months, made their first public appearance together at Heidi Klum’s annual Halloween party dressed as Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake back in October of 2010.

Sean broke up with his longtime girlfriend, Kate Jurkiewicz, in the summer of 2010. It really didn’t take him too long to find himself another mate. Of course, Sean’s bank account should work like a lady killer.
