That was a hot mess! And I kinda loved it! Constantine is like totally coo-coo crazy in a wonderful way. “Unchained Melody” is a big song and that arrangement was a huge risk, but it worked. Good performance. Season 10 Idol contestants, put your eyes on Constantine!

So good to finally have Constantine back to perform on Idol! I was quite impressed with his performance and his unique interpretation of the song. I agree with you: it definitely worked! I loved it. Constantine continues to mesmerize, that’s for sure. Can’t wait to hear more from his new album.
I don’t care for that song usually but he made it very entertaining. Takes guts to do a “classic ballad” in such a non kareoke way on American Idol. Loved it!!!
