Randy Jackson was impressed, claimed Boys II Men would be proud of Stefano and proclaimed that was his best vocal to date. Jennifer Lopez thought he became a performer. Steven Tyler said Stefano knows how to milk a song and it’s not the end of the road for him.

After a week from hell, Stefano managed to control his nerves and deliver his best performance on Idol so far. The judges’ praise was once again exaggerated. They made Stefano feel like he should have been gone instead of Pia last week, so that’s the least they could do.
