Lindsay Lohan goes to jail… AGAIN!! LiLo needs to stars taking her legal issues seriously! Before the actress had time to celebrate the fact the felony grand theft was reduced to a misdemeanor, Judge Stephanie Sautner declared Lindsay violated her probation and sentenced her to 120 days in jail.

The theft was reduced to a misdemeanor accordingly to the offense and Lindsay’s criminal record. However, after seeing the surveillance video, the judge agreed that Lindsay seemed to use her friend, Patrick, as a decoy to distract the clerk and easily walk out with the necklace. Lindsay will stand trial for misdemeanor theft.

Judge Sautner argued Lindsay could have called the store and notified the owner that she had “accidently” taken the necklace, but she waited weeks to called them and only returned the necklace after finding out cops were about to raid her home.

For her probation violation, Lindsay was sentenced to 120 days in county jail plus 480 hours of community service – 360 hours served at the Downtown Women’s Center and the other 120 hours at the LA County morgue. OUCH! Lindsay will never learn the lesson!!

Lindsay’s lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, declared she would appeal the sentence, while Lindsay was taken into custody and booked. Lindsay will be able to post bail and live irresponsibly free for a few more days (weeks… possibly years!).
