Victoria’s Secret Angel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who replaced Megan Fox as the leading lady in the upcoming Transformers movie, and her boyfriend, bad @ss actor Jason Statham, were caught leaving Café Med after a lunch date in West Hollywood, California on Saturday (April 23)- more pictures below.

The 24 year-old was rumored to be engaged to her 43 year-old beau after she was seen with a gold ring on her left ring finger. Rosie, who also previously dated Halle Berry’s boyfriend, actor Olivier Martinez, declared she is actually NOT engaged… not yet!

When asked about how their relationship work with a 20-year age difference, Rosie said, “I don’t know. Because we love each other.” Yeah! Rosie really likes more mature, older and hot guys!
