Actress Gwyneth Paltrow has landed a new job as the face of Coach. She’ll be featured in the brand’s 70th anniversary campaign, which will be seen in fall 2011 and spring 2012 in European and Asian markets.

In a statement, Gwyneth said:

“I grew up in New York City and I’ve always thought of Coach as the quintessential New York brand. I will never forget getting my first Coach bag.”

The ads were shot on a Manhattan rooftop by fashion photographer Peter Lindbergh.

Coach president, Reed Krakoff, explained that Gwyneth is a:

“natural choice for this campaign…She embodies the spirit, energy and elegance of the Coach brand.”

Gwyneth has recently modeled for Tod’s, Christian Dior and Estee Lauder.

I’ll pretty much buy anything with her face on it. What about you?
