No Tweeting During Royal Wedding!

No tweeting will be allowed at the Westminster Abbey during Prince William & Catherine Middleton‘s wedding. The police and church will jointly place a blocking device that will remain on until the wedding is over. Police cite that it is for security reasons primarily.

Maybe this is why they Kate and William have not invited many US celebs? After all, we know they love to tweet everything. I do think that this is a smart idea for the safety. It is better to be safe than sorry.

Are you said that no one attending the wedding will be able to tweet or use phones? I am sort of happy about it, but I am sure those who are not attending the wedding will flood Twitter with news about it.
