90210 star Ian Ziering officially announced on Facebook that he and his wife, nurse Erin Kristine Ludwig, welcomed their first child, a healthy baby girl named Mia Loren (weighing in at 7 Ibs, 6 oz.), at 10:09 pm on Monday (April 25).

Ian wrote, “Well, it’s official. I’m a dad.” Later, he added, “As I sit holding Mia, Erin sleeps the most beautiful sleep. My thoughts race with visions of a brighter future, only made possible by what happens today…or, last night! God bless us all.”

Erin and Ian tied the knot in Newport Beach back in May of 2010 after meeting a pool party at the Roosevelt Hotel. The 47 year-old actor was previously married to actress Nikki Schieler for five years before filing for divorce in 2002.
