Hey, being the Duchess Catherine Middleton‘s sister has it’s perks!

Pippa Middleton, sister to Kate, who also wore Alexander McQueen during the royal wedding ceremony, donned a second gown later in the day as well. The emerald green backless gown was made by Temperley London for the reception. Alice Temperley told reporters:

“I was honored that Ms. Pippa Middleton asked me to design her dress for the Royal Wedding evening reception. Pippa was a delight to work with and knows exactly what she likes. She loved the green color, which looks great on her skin tone. The dress was designed especially for her with a fantastic open back and a full skirt for dancing in.”

Temperley was honored by the Queen this March when she was named a Member of the Order of the British Empire for her services to the fashion industry.
