The 25 year-old did look like a royal hot mess. That dress looked a whole lot better as a sketch and her hair and makeup are simple not working, putting her on my list of worst dressed celebs at the Royal Wedding. I’m pretty sure Chelsy will look a whole lot better in the evening party dress.
