Glee star Matthew Morrison has confirmed that there will be a death in an upcoming episode of the hit FOX show.

Morrison said that viewers may be surprised by the episode:

“Somebody’s dying. Obviously I’m not going to tell you who it is, but it’s no-one that you would probably expect.”

“The episode right before the finale is called ‘Funeral’. We were actually at a funeral home yesterday, shooting all day. It was a very taxing day.”

He added that Will and Emma ”get a little closer towards the end of the season,” and revealed details of Kristin Chenoweth’s return to the show:

“[Chenoweth's character] April’s coming back. I don’t know if she’s quite sobered up yet! Her all-white production of The Wiz failed on Broadway so she’s going to start doing a one-woman show that she’s getting ready to show on Broadway. So she’s asking for my help.”

The royal wedding is less than a week away now, so juicy details are coming out by the boat load. Today we got the word that Catherine Middleton and Prince William will going with a classical music choice than what most of their generation picks. Unlike many of today’s weddings where iPods and Djs are chosen, Kate & William have chosen the London Chamber Orchestra instead.

Here is what the director of the London Chamber Orchestra told People magazine about the bride and groom to be.

The couple have very, very strong ideas of what they want…And after all, at the end of the day, it is their wedding. It’s a young couple’s wedding, and they should have what they want. They involved both sets of parents – the Middleton family, as well as the Prince of Wales. And both myself and the organist and choirmaster of Westminster Abbey, of course, are here to advise and to help

Sounds like they are trying to stay some what true to the traditions! I will admit that I never pictured either of them picking a Dj or iPod for a royal wedding. I think that William and Catherine are doing a good job at keeping it simple, yet also true to the royal wedding history.

After what feels like a century of speculation, Katie Couric, 54, has confirmed that she will be leaving CBS Evening News.

Katie, who released her book The Best Advice I Ever Got: Lessons from Extraordinary Lives, told PEOPLE:

“I have decided to step down from the CBS Evening News. I’m really proud of the talented team on the CBS Evening News and the award-winning work we’ve been able to do in the past five years in addition to the reporting I’ve done for 60 Minutes and CBS Sunday Morning. In making the decision to move on, I know the Evening News will be in great hands, but I am excited about the future.”

As for what’s next for the 32-year broadcast veteran, she said:

“I am looking at a format that will allow me to engage in more multi-dimensional storytelling,” she says, adding that other details, including when and where the show will air, are “still being discussed.”

Prince William & Catherine Middleton‘s Friday wedding will be one of the biggest events that London has had in a long time. Thus is the reason why the British Police are not taking a risk by planning on how they will beef up security for the wedding.

Granted that all parties have stated no threats were made, some are concerned over protests that have been rumored. However, no risks will be taken. That is why is British Police have assigned over five thousand police to protect the royal wedding.

I am happy to see that no chances are being taken. But I do wonder how that makes both William and Catherine  feel? To know that people are wanting to protest one of your biggest days in your life? I cannot imagine how that makes them feel. That has to be scary for all of the royal family, plus this is likely Catherine’s first taste of what they deal with.

We all know that Sir Elton John was a close friend to Prince William‘s mother, Princess Diana. Sadly, Princess Diana died back in 97, leaving both of her young sons behind. It has been know that her death was hard for both William and her brother Prince Harry to deal with. However, Elton feels that Diana would be happy for William and his bride to be Catherine Middleton.

Earlier last week, William took Catherine to visit his mother’s grave in time before the wedding. The couple both have plans on how to keep Diana’s memory alive at the wedding. Of course, we all know that William gave Catherine his mother’s old engagement ring.

I am happy to hear that an old, good friend of Diana has said this. I think it will help make Catherine feel more at home, along with being welcomed into William’s family. I just hope that the media will also give the young couple some time to enjoy their marriage without haunting them.

Singer and songwriter Phoebe Snow, who was best known for her 70s hit “Poetry Man,” has died at 60 due to complications from a 2010 brain hemorrhage.

“Poetry Man” earned her a Grammy nod in 1975 for Best New Artist. She went on to collaborate with artists such as Paul Simon, and toured with Jackson Browne and Steely Dan’s Donald Fagen.

The same year, her daughter, Valerie, was born severely brain damaged. In an interview in 2008, she said:

“Occasionally I put an album out, but I didn’t like to tour, and [the albums] didn’t get a lot of label support. But you know what? It didn’t really matter because I got to stay home more with Valerie, and that time was precious.”

Snow appeared on the Howard Stern show frequently and performed at his wedding in 2008.

Wedding bells may be in store for pseudo Real Housewife of New Jersey Kim Granatell.  Granatell, who played second fiddle to ousted RHONJ, Danielle Staub last season, has been caught canoodling with Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan!  And no, she hasn’t met the troubled starlet yet.  Lindsay’s been a little busy.

In an interview with The New York Post Grantell swooned, ”I just got back from making out with Michael Lohan in Florida,” and claimed that the two had been dating since the beginning of the year.  That’s odd.  Apparently Kim G. doesn’t keep close tabs on her men. Lohan tweeted about his new girl friend, Bernadette just last month.

Granatell also told The Post that she and Lohan are working on a “teen rehab” project together in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.  I’m sorry, is Lohan really the authority on getting teens clean and sober?

If the rumors are true, this will be the second Real Housewife…named Kim, that Lohan has dated.  in 2009 Lohan was seen spending quite a bit of time with Real Housewife of Atlanta, Kim Zolciak. Both parties claim their relationship was strictly business, but we all know how these reality stars like to mix business with pleasure.

Christina: “I had been singing that song my entire life. I was the youngest anthem singer in my hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. I sang for the “Steelers” when I was this big (as a child.)”
Ellen: “How old were you?”
Christina: “I think 7 or 8 years old. I would sing for them. I think had a moment where I was at the Super Bowl at 30 years old. I took in the moment a little bit too much. Shoot me for appreciating the moment but here I am at the Super Bowl…singing for a team and in front of the world. And remembering what it was like to be that young and look where I made it now. And then it was like, oh. That night I knew, I just made myself a Trivial Pursuit question…In 2011 what female singer, ya know, flubbed the lyrics. It’s just insane. But I have a really good laugh about it and you get over things. You get back up again and you just prove to yourself and to everyone you that much stronger.”

Christina has gained a bit of weight after her divorce from husband Jordan Bratman and has also been accused of having a bit of an alcohol problem. However, Christina recently said that she is back on her feet and getting a fresh start, starting with her career.
