Former member of Beyonce’s girl band, Destiny’s Child, Farrah Franklin, who was kicked from the group by B and Kelly Rowland in 2000, was arrested for disorderly conduct at around 6:45 am in Culver City, California on Saturday (April 23).

The 29 year-old was reportedly drunk. There is no more information about the arrest. Farrah spent a few hours in custody before she was released on a $100 bail. That’s pretty cheap bail, so the incident couldn’t have been really that relevant.

After leaving Destiny’s Child, Farrah focused on her acting career and participated in several independent movies. The actress/singer is rumored to have started working on her debut solo album.

UPDATE: Farrah claims she was “manhandled” and a victim of racial profiling when the cops took her into custody on Saturday. The Culver City PD declare they simply responded to a telephone complaint from a citizen who said Farrah was disturbing the peace.

Farrah tells TMZ, “Unfortunately, I am the latest victim on what seems to be a growing list of those who are racially profiled and mistreated by Culver City Police. I was manhandled by the arresting officers. I am really upset about all that has taken place. I have never had a run in with the law before Saturday. On Saturday I was not arrested, I was detained.”

She adds, “There were no female officers on duty and I was required to take off my top and treated unfairly.”

With four days to go until the royal wedding, a senior palace source has confirmed that Kate Middleton‘s wedding gown is complete!

“Kate will have no more fittings. The next time the dress goes on is Friday morning!”

But who designed the coveted dress has yet to be confirmed. There have been rumors circulating that  Sophi Cranston (of the label Libelula), Sarah Burton (for Alexander McQueen), Princess Diana‘s favorite Bruce Oldfield, and even Alice Temperley have had a hand in creating the gown.The UK Daily Mail has even claimed that Middleton, 29, designed the dress herself.

“Law & Order: SUV” star Ice-T and his wife, Nicole “Coco” Austin landed their own reality show series titled “Ice Loves Coco” on the E! Entertainment channel. The show follows Coco’s career as a model and actress and gives us more details on Ice and Coco’s life as a “traditional couple” in a “very non-traditional package”.

Ice must really, really love Coco! A rep for Ice-T said in a statement, “He feels it is time for his buxom and bootylicious bride, Coco, to take her career to the next level and he is there to support her every step of the way.”

“Ice Loves Coco”, which already started filming in New York, is set to hit the screen in June 2011.

Former MLB star, Lenny Dykstra, is currently being investigated for lewd conduct after a housekeeper reported to the police she was basically sexually harassed during a job interview at his home.

The 47 year-old woman, who answered a Craigslist ad for housekeepers, claims Lenny stripped down and got totally naked, requesting her to give him a massage to sample her masseuse skills before being able to hire her.

Lenny informed her that she wouldn’t have to just clean his home, but she had to regularly give him massages as well. The woman basically turned her back on Lenny, left his home and run to a nearby cop to file a police report. The unidentified woman is being represented by an infamous attorney, Mauro Fiore Jr..

Victoria’s Secret Angel Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, who replaced Megan Fox as the leading lady in the upcoming Transformers movie, and her boyfriend, bad @ss actor Jason Statham, were caught leaving Café Med after a lunch date in West Hollywood, California on Saturday (April 23)- more pictures below.

The 24 year-old was rumored to be engaged to her 43 year-old beau after she was seen with a gold ring on her left ring finger. Rosie, who also previously dated Halle Berry’s boyfriend, actor Olivier Martinez, declared she is actually NOT engaged… not yet!

Class act Janelle Evans of MTV’s Teen Mom, has challenged socialite/perfumista/executive producer/gag me, Kim Kardashian to a bout in the ring.  If Kardashian takes the bait, she stands to gain $1 million dollars – not that the queen of the Kardashian empire needs it.

The challenge  by Evans comes on the heels of Kardashian’s comments on her blog regarding MTV and their glamorization of teen pregnancy.  From high atop her soapbox, Kardashian slammed Teen Mom, saying,

“It seems that shows like Teen Mom are all of a sudden making teen pregnancy seem cool in the eyes of young girls. The kids from these shows are all over the news, even on the covers of magazines, and have been become almost like celebrities, but girls, these are not people you should idolize!”

While most would agree that Kardashian’s opinion is completely justified, teen mom Amber Portwood saw otherwise, telling US Magazine,

“Last time I checked, Kim Kardashian had a sex tape floating around on the internet and I’m pretty sure she made a lot of money off of it. She made a sex tape when she was younger and she wants to bash the girls on Teen Mom?”

If Kardashian decides she’s up for a second celebrity boxing match, the event would raise money and awareness for Inspirationsyouth.com, a teen drug and alcohol abuse organization.

TV personality Leeza Gibbons quietly married Steven Fenton in a very romantic and private wedding ceremony by candle light on the rooftop of the Montage Hotel, where the couple had their first date, at midnight in Beverly Hills, California last Wednesday (April 20).

The 41 year-old former president of the Beverly Hills Board of Education and Leeza met after being set up on a blind date more than two years ago. At first the age difference was a bit of an issue, before Leeza finally accepted her cougar status. Steven and Leeza got engaged last June.

“On my first date with Steven, he was 38 and I was 51 … Now, three years later, I am finally able to embrace my inner cougar!” says Leeza.

“We are living the fairy tale,” Leeza tells PEOPLE exclusively. “We have so much respect for each other and grow stronger together … always so grateful to have been given another chance at love.”

Adds Steven: “Leeza is the most kind person I have ever known. It’s that compassion that I see every day in her children. My life is now complete.”

Leeza and Steven exchanged vows in front of their only three guests, the 54 year-old talk show host’s children, 21 year-old Lexi, 19 year-old Troy and 13 year-old Nathan. Troy and Lexi became ordained ministers online to be able to officiate their mom’s wedding.

It may not have been the typical, hoity-toity way RHOOC’s Gretchen Rossi was used to celebrating her birthday, but somewhere between feasting on carry-out cuisine and suiting up in a smock to slap some paint on a canvas at Daniel Maltzman’s art gallery, Rossi should’ve been able to shed her new Ice Queen image and have a little fun…maybe.

This season of The Real Housewives of Orange County has brought with it a seemingly endless slew of on-camera arguments between Rossi and boyfriend Slade Smiley. From her verbal slaps in the face to the couple’s legal woes, it doesn’t seem as though Smiley can do anything right.

But he’s willing to try.

As the bickering lovebirds finished up their date Smiley, ever the romantic, presented Rossi with a portrait of her he’d commissioned.  A sweet gesture to be sure, and he obviously knows his girlfriend all to well – what better gift for her 35th birthday, than the most important thing in her life.
