Just Friends actress Amy Smart, 35, is engaged to HGTV star Carter Oosterhouse.

Smart, who has been dating the carpenter since November 2010, told reporters the engagement is “very new” and “very exciting.”

A source said the two met at green-charity event last year:

“He’s an eco-carpenter; Amy drives a hybrid and is the greenest girl I know. They are perfect for each other.”

They added:

“Here are two wholesome, kind, sweet Midwestern types. Neither has sold out and gone Hollywood.”

Another source added:

“It happened four days ago. He proposed in L.A. It was a very big surprise but she is thrilled and is very excited. They are a good pair and very in sync with each other.”

Oosterhouse has been seen on shows such as Trading Spaces and has hosted HGTV shows like Carter Can and Red Hot & Green. Smart ended her relationship with Branden Williams after 15 years last year.

Scotty has a huge fan base, so Stefano Langone should take his place in the bottom. And Jacob Lusk must say goodbye to the competition.

“Bennett is an amazing, healthy sweet boy and we are both just crazy in love with him.”

Former “The Real Housewives of DC” star, Michaele Salahi, who recently posed for a steamy photo shoot for Playboy, is reportedly been stalked and even received some frightening death threats from a crazy unidentified man.

The stalker called the Fauquier County Sheriff’s Department to falsely report that Michaele’s husband, Tareq Salahi, had broken into a winery co-owned by his family. “Mob Wives” is a new reality show following the lives of the wives and daughters of notorious crime bosses, who are currently behind bars or tied to the mob, in Staten Island. These Italian-American women struggle to live a normal life while their loved ones are “away” (aka in prison).

The Mob Wives are: Renee Graziano, Karen Gravano, Drita D’avanzo and Carla Facciolo (cast bios and pictures below). They all claim they want to pass a message of perseverance and resilience, showing how hard and glamorous it is to be a Mob Wife.

These women all know each other. Some of them are best friends and best enemies. Mob Wife Carla described the show as “half reality, half comedy but filled with tons of drama”.

“The message I’m portraying, and maybe the other girls also, is that I was a single mother for six years of my husband being away, and I had to deal with a lot, taking care of my kids on my own and doing everything myself. I’m making it through it and I’m staying strong. I’m keeping myself together, keeping my kids together. I want people to see that,” Carla says.

“We’re both in the same world and we both have different perspectives. … I don’t agree with everything she says and she doesn’t agree with everything I believe in,” Gravano says. “We’re strong women, so we probably butt heads sometimes.”

“We want to let people know there’s a downside to the lifestyle, and we’re kind of taking them inside of this world,” says Gravano, a mother who is writing a book about her life. “I felt like so many people have ideas and opinions of what goes on in this world, but for me, I’ve seen both sides and to me there is a down side. … and you do have to deal with the consequences of loved ones’ decisions.”

The show premiered on Sunday and it was a huge hit. “Mob Wives” had more than 1.4 million views (2.2 million with the rerun later that night) and was the most watched non-sports cable show at 8 pm for woman between 18-49.

Italian group UNICO National slammed the show, claiming it’s ruining Italian-Americans’ reputation just like “Jersey Shore”. A rep said, “We were mobsters and mafiosos with ‘The Sopranos,’ bimbos and buffoons with ‘Jersey Shore,’ and now we’re back where we started. It’s a disgrace.”

Ethan has two children, 12 year-old Maya and 9 year-old Lebon, with his ex-wife, actress Uma Thurman, whom he divorced after six years of marriage back in 2004. Ethaw was allegedly having a steamy affair with the nanny while he was still married to Uma.

Ryan and Ethan finally tied the knot in 2008. They have one daughter, 3 year-old Clementine and another baby on the way. Ryan is “five months along, totally showing,” an insider tells US. “They don’t know the gender, but…Clementine really wants a little brother!”
