In the surveillance video (watch video at TMZ), Nic is seen carrying a drink in a plastic cup while arguing with wife and other people in the shop about where he lived. The actor walked in and out of the shop, but he wasn’t able to pay attention to what his wife was saying. Alice seemed to be trying to take him home.

“The Vampire Diaries” stars, Ian Somerhalder and Nina Dobrev, were seen on a double date with Joshua Jackson and Diane Kruger during the second day of the 2011 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in Indio, California on Saturday (April 16)- more pictures below.

The 22 year-old actress and 32 year-old actor continue to ignore the romance rumors as they enjoyed each other company in a very public place with lots of paparazzi around. Ian and Nina apparently had a great time.

Ian tweeted, “Airline delay in ATL! Dammit! Missing chemical brothers tonight at coachella:( enjoy coachella peeps. Coachella… Ahhhhhh. In the dessert,very happy to be here.”

The two forgot to mention they actually went together. It’s no big deal, but since they work together, why not just mention Damon and Elena/Katherine are out enjoying Coachella? BOO.

UPDATE: According to Gossip Teen, Nina denied romance rumors in recent interview for Teen Vogue. She said, “We expected the rumors. Like, if I wasn’t dating Ian, I’d be dating Paul [Wesley]. A lot of people who work together end up dating, so it wouldn’t be unusual, but I’ve never dated anyone I’ve worked with.”

Former American Idol, Megan Joy, who was the ninth place finalist on the eighth season of the show, has announced she is officially engaged to her boyfriend Quinn Allman, a member of the band The Used, on Twitter.

Megan enthusiastically tweeted several pictures of herself, her man and the engagement ring (pictures below), before announcing: “We are getting married in September! BUT first I gotta sign next month Woooooo!! THEN GIVE YOU ALL MY MUSIC AND TOUR THE SUMMER AWAY )”

“True Blood” star Stephen Moyer, who recently married his co-star Anna Paquin, was involved in a scary accident during the qualifying rounds of the 35th Toyota Pro/Celebrity Race in Long Beach, California on Friday (April 15)- more pictures below.

The 41 year-old actor lost control of the race car, slid into the tire barrier and the car flipped before landing back on its wheels during the seventh lap in qualifiers. Fortunately, Stephen was not injured in the frightening accident.

“I was getting quicker and quicker and quicker and I was braking later and later and later. It was total driver error,” Moyer explained. “It was a surreal experience. It felt like a roller-coaster ride when my car flipped.”

Despite the accident, Stephen was still able to score the best qualifying time based on individual lap time and won $15,000 for his charity of choice, “Racing For Kids”. Good cause. Great job.

“I want to apologize to the rest of the drivers for ruining everyone’s qualifying session, but I really wanted to get the money for the kids,” Moyer said.

Former Bachelor, Andrew Firestone, and his wife, model Ivana Bozilovic, welcomed their second child, a healthy baby girl named Anja Jasmine Firestone, at 7:55 am on Friday (April 15).

Baby Anja, who weighed in at 8 lbs., 4 oz., joined her big brother Adam Brooks, who is 2 years old. The proud parents, Ivana and Andrew, have been together for a long time. They tied the knot in July 2008 after dating for more than three years.

The 35 year-old former “The Bachelor” star, who is currently the owner of The Lincoln Room restaurant in San Diego, was previously engaged to Jen Schefft, the winner of the third season of ABC’s popular dating show.

Nic and Alice were standing in front of a property he believed to be correct. Alice disagreed and Nick grabbed her arm to pull her.

A cab driver saw the whole ordeal and immediately called the police, saying he saw Nic grabbing Alice. The cops arrived and asked them to just go home. The “Ghost Rider” star had the audacity to dare the agents of authority to arrest him, saying, “Why don’t you just arrest me?”
