The mom of son Tripp, 2, definitely looked thinner, but she also looked as if she has a more angular jaw line and pronounced chin. Has she had plastic surgery? Palin, 20, didn’t respond to rumors, but board certified plastic surgeon Dr. Brian Glatt said:

“She seems to have had liposuction of her entire neck with a focus under her chin, which has produced a much more defined jaw line and lower facial area.

Whatever she did, she looks ten times better. Don’t you think so?
