Catherine (Kate) Middleton is now the future queen of England, but she has chosen to stay simple. She and her new husband Prince William are living their life as commoners. They said no to additional help from maids or butlers, instead having Catherine do most of those things.

The young couple has expressed their desire to be as normal of an Army based couple can be. Unlike William’s father Prince Charles or grandfather who had a bunch of servants from the start. A source to the couple says that they wanted to be independent like most of their friends are.

I think they will gain that much more respect from their peers. I think William would make his mother so proud with this news. She wanted her songs to be down to earth and know what life is like for a commoner. She really did make a huge impact on them, I do believe.
