For once it seems Amber Portwood is on the right side of law.

The Teen Mom’s car and house were allegedly vandalized two weeks ago by Jamie Monroe, the ex-girlfriend of Portwood’s latest tryst, Midas Fields.  Got that?

Not so says Monroe, who spoke out in an interview this week,

Everyone thinks that I did this, I was at a tattoo party that night so I wasn’t even home when it happened. I got two tattoos that night. The cops came to my house early morning of April 30. They questioned me and left, I haven’t been charged with anything. Amber has had someone call and threaten me since then.

A tattoo party, huh?  Sounds legit.

While Portwood and Fields have called it quits for now, Monroe isn’t over the betrayal.

He [Midas] was doing it behind my back and then he admitted it to me… I don’t know what to say about Amber, nothing good thats for sure. I hated her before all this stuff
