Singer Beyoncé Knowles is finally back with a new single and new album after dropping her daddy, Matthew Knowles, as her manager. Beyoncé, who was a special guest mentor on Idol, premiered the music video for the single “Run The World (Girls)” during the American Idol Season 10 semifinals on Wednesday (May 18)- watch video below.

The hot music video includes many costume changes, awesome choreography and Beyoncé at her very best. The 29 year-old seems to be in great shape as she shakes her booty and sings about female empowering. Beyoncé can do no wrong, but the song is kind of lame.

“Run The World (Girls)” – which reminds me of Rihanna’s “Only Girl (In The World)” – is the first single off Beyoncé’s highly anticipated fourth studio album titled “4”, which will be released on June 28, 2011.
